University History
The Women University, Multan was established in 2012 under the Government of Punjab to provide higher education opportunities exclusively for women in South Punjab. Since its inception, the university has expanded rapidly in academic programs, faculty strength, and infrastructure. Today, WUM is recognized as a growing hub of learning and research, producing empowered graduates who are contributing to society in education, business, science, and public service sectors.
